5 stars for Annandale Floors! From the quote and questions process through to the final coats of the finished product, I can not speak highly enough about Annandale Floors! We wanted to be environmentally responsible and renew existing hardwoods in our home, however we wanted a completely different stain and finish and I was so afraid of the dust and sand in our house. That is when we found Annandale Floors, their dust-free system really works! Vance, the owner, was such a big help and always in communication when we needed our questions answered. Carlos and the team were above and beyond professional and courteous. They showed up at the same time every day, worked tirelessly and left our home in mint condition. They truly changed the look and feel of our home, I am so happy with Annandale Floors.

Our job is nearly finished and I can't say enough about Vance and his team. They worked hard and were very friendly. They showed attention to detail and are obviously masters at their craft. Carlos, Darryl, Daniel, Jose, Allen, and Matt all did a great job. Our floors and stairs look fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Vance, Carlos and team did a fabulous job! They were able to match the color perfectly to fix water damage on several boards so there was a seamless transition between rooms. Completely the job quickly with little mess. Fantastic work!

We had wood floors out in our upstairs hallway, and out stair banister sanded and restained to match the new wood floors. Everything was done with care, and clean up was great! Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!
